After my post Chill Out With A Spanish Hottie, where I told you about the Karla Spice Relaxation Page, I thought some more.

That page really is relaxing, and sexy.  It gets you in the mood for a hot beach encounter, right in the privacy of your living room!

To my way of thinking, this is much better than your standard relaxation exercise – this one had spice!

Stress relief is very important in our modern World.  So much happens every day which could, literally, throw us over the edge.

We all need the chance to take a step back and calm down.

Have you ever tried relaxation exercises?

I have and I must say they can be very beneficial.  They help to calm your shattered nerves after a hard day at the office, or when you find it hard to unwind.

The only thing is, most relaxation exercise can get a little boring after a while.

It’s all very while imagining yourself strolling along under the trees to sit down and watch a rippling stream, or whatever.  But there is not much spice in all these ‘new age’ exercises, is there?

What if you like chilling out in other ways?

Ever thought about relaxing as you watch a latin hottie rolling in the sand with her sexy friend?

Thought not.  Those type of exercises are usually undertaken in the bathroom, with a wad of tissue at the ready.

More a case of making your heart beat faster, rather than calming you down.
